The website/app www.blueweight.com (referred to as the "Website/App") is owned and operated by Blueweight Biotech LLP ("LLP"), a limited liability partnership with its registered address at: #B1, Sri Vignesh Residency, Manoj Nagar, Tadigadapa, Vijayawada – 521137, Andhra Pradesh, India.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Website/App as a User, including but not limited to your activities as a Customer.

We reserve the exclusive right to amend these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice or explicit consent from you. Continued use of the Website/App or any services provided through it after changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

About Us

Blueweight Biotech LLP specializes in manufacturing animal health care products, primarily focused on aquaculture, such as fish and shrimp healthcare products.

Our new web application, Blueweight’s PLM (Private Label Method) (referred to as “App”), a sub-domain of Blueweight.com, is designed to help individuals and firms create private-branded animal health care products. This platform empowers dealers, distributors, and shop owners to develop their own branded products with ease and set their own Maximum Retail Prices (MRPs) for their end customers.

Services Overview

Users can visit the Website/App to explore the services they require. Customers who wish to create their own branded aquaculture products must register by providing details such as GSTIN and Aadhar information. Upon logging into their account, users will have access to a variety of product categories, detailed product descriptions, costs, and multiple packaging options.

 

Once a user selects a product type, they will be asked to enter their preferred product name and MRP to be printed on the label. Users may either upload their own label design or request Blueweight to design it for them. If the user opts for Blueweight to design the label, a fee of Rs. 399 per design will apply, which may be adjusted by Blueweight at its discretion. The design will be delivered within 24 hours. Alternatively, users may upload their own label design and view a 3D model of how the final product package will appear. Upon satisfaction, they may place the order.

 

Under Blueweight’s Private Label Method, customers are required to order a minimum quantity of 48 units for their branded products. Orders typically ship within 7-14 working days, depending on the order volume. Tracking IDs (LR numbers) will be shared with the user, and shipping costs will be borne by the user on a “To Pay” basis, using transport providers such as Navata, VRL, SRMT, Kranti, etc. Delivery times may vary based on the pincode and transport provider.

Blueweight also offers the option for customers to provide their own raw materials, which Blueweight will blend, mix, and process.

Customers will be charged for the product cost and any optional label design services.

 

Registration

To use the services offered on the Website/App, you must create an account by providing your email ID, choosing a username, and setting a password. It is your responsibility to keep your account details current and accurate for communication-related to your transactions.

The collection of firm/individual details, such as GSTIN or Aadhar, is required for issuing tax invoices. If only Aadhar is provided instead of GSTIN, the user will be limited to a certain number of transactions with Blueweight.

 

Your information is subject to the Privacy Policy of Blueweight Biotech LLP, which forms part of these Terms of Use.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your username and password. If false or inaccurate information is provided, or if Blueweight reasonably believes inaccurate information has been submitted, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently deactivate your account.

 

Eligibility

Services offered on the Website/App are available throughout India. However, persons who are considered “incompetent to contract” under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (e.g., minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc.) are not eligible to use the Site.

 

Minors aged 13-18 may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse access if it is discovered that a minor is using the Site without proper supervision.

 

Security

Transactions conducted on the Website/App are secure and protected. Information entered by users during transactions is encrypted to prevent unintended disclosure to third parties. Your credit and debit card details are securely processed by the relevant payment gateway and are not stored by Blueweight Biotech LLP or the Website/App.

License and Access

Blueweight Biotech LLP grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website/App. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Blueweight Biotech LLP.

 

You may not use any automated tools, such as robots or spiders, to access, gather, or monitor any portion of the Website/App. Additionally, you agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the Website/App or any related systems, networks, or services.

You are prohibited from uploading or sharing content that:

• Belongs to another party and is not authorized for use.

• Is offensive, harmful, or violates applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

Payments and Fees

• Bank wire transfers

• Digital wallets (Razorpay, PayPal, UPI, etc.)

• Net banking/Direct Debit from select Indian banks

You will be required to provide your 16-digit card number, card expiry date, and CVV to complete transactions.

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or exploiting any content from the Website/App without permission.

• Using unauthorized means to access or interfere with the Website/App.

You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that may be objectionable and agree that Blueweight Biotech LLP is not liable for such content.

 

No Obligation to Monitor the Content
We are not obligated to monitor materials posted on the Website/App. However, we retain the right to remove or modify any content that, in our sole discretion, violates applicable laws or the spirit or letter of these Terms of Service. Despite this right, you remain fully responsible for the content you post on the Website/App and in private messages. Disputes and Jurisdiction
Any disputes will first be addressed through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) process:

1. Mediation: A neutral third-party mediator will attempt to resolve the dispute. If mediation fails, arbitration may follow.

2. Arbitration: Binding arbitration will be conducted at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, with proceedings in English. Any disputes not resolved through ADR will be referred to the courts of Vijayawada.

 

Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your personal information. By providing certain information on the Website/App, you acknowledge that it may reveal personal details like gender, ethnicity, nationality, and age. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information as needed.

 

Miscellaneous Provisions
