Privacy information for enquiries and applications
What this website collects
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, role, country, work email, the product or application you are interested in and a short objective, and optionally a WhatsApp number and your operating scale. The job application form asks for your name, email, phone, location, experience, an optional note and your CV. With each submission we record the page, product, source link, referring page and language so we can route it to the right team.
Where your submission is stored
Each submission is stored as a case in Blueweight's private database and receives a case reference, which is shown to you on screen. Only Blueweight staff whose role covers that type of case and region can see it; it is never published or listed publicly.
CVs
Your CV is kept in private file storage. It is not attached to any email, and it can only be opened by signed-in, authorized HR staff for the region you applied to and by designated Blueweight administrators.
Email notifications and replies
When email notifications are switched on, a notice with the details you entered (never your CV) is sent to the responsible Blueweight team mailbox; for English-language enquiries, two members of the commercial team receive a copy. When our team replies, the reply comes from Blueweight and goes to the email address you gave. Messages exchanged about your case may be added to the case record so the right team can follow up.
Optional spreadsheet copy
Technical enquiries (never job applications or CVs) may also be copied to a private Blueweight sales spreadsheet. The case database remains the official record.
Who handles your submission
Submissions are handled by Blueweight Biosciences Pvt Ltd (India) and, for Latin America, KK BioAcua S.A.S. (Ecuador). For Ecuador, commercial supply may involve our distribution partner, one of the largest distributors in Latin America.
Analytics
We do not put submission content or personal details into analytics tools or browser logs.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to info@blueweight.com or latam@blueweight.com. Please include your case reference if you have it.
